If you wish to cancel your subscription or services, please follow these guidelines:
- Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the subscription settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to your subscription benefits until then.
- Service Cancellations: For individual services or assessments, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. To cancel, please contact our support team at customerservice@dqmetrics.com.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining fairness for our service providers:
- Subscription Refunds: If you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds will not be issued for subscription cancellations.
- Service Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a specific service or assessment, please contact our support team within 7 days of the service date. We will review your request and, if applicable, issue a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.
